Youth Ministries
A vibrant, energetic, educational, and inspirational youth ministry has always been one of the cornerstones of the St. Timothy’s spiritual experience. And, under the leadership of Woodrow (Woody) McCutchen, our 2010 Youth Programs schedule continues that rich tradition.
Youth ministries is a very active ministry within our parish. St. Timothy's youth participate in events at the parish as well as diocesan level. This ministry identifies, develops and implements programs and activities to enhance the ministry to youth from infancy to 18 years of age.
The youth at St. Timothy's consistently participate in worship services serving as acolytes and ushers. Every 4th Sunday is Youth Sunday and youth participate in all aspects of the service on this Sunday.
We offer two youth groups (Junior and Senior) with both groups meeting on 2nd and 4th Sundays immediately after service. The Junior Youth Group is for grade levels 6th through 8th and the Senior Youth Group is for grade levels 9th through 12th.

November 7-14 - Winter Gear Drive (coats, hats, gloves, scarves)
November - Mini-walk for the Homeless Date TBD
November 28 - Youth Sunday/Drop off collected items at shelter
December - Shoe Box Service Project (Led by Jr. DOK)
December 24 - Christmas Pageant (Christian Education)
December 26 - Youth Sunday
Woody and his team of dedicated and talented volunteers have planned a spiritually, educationally, and culturally enriching program for our youth, but it won’t work without the kids. So, please help us by making sure your kids can, and will be actively and reliably involved in this foundational period of their spiritual odyssey.
